Register as a Rider

1. Open the link: https://bit.ly/SWAKRider 
2. Fill out the following information:
   • Full Name
   • Contact Number
   • Date of Birth
   • Contact Number
   • Complete Address
   • Vehicle Type
   • Log-in Credentials
3. Agree to the terms and conditions then click the “Register” button
4. Verify your email address by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your inbox.

UPLOADING REQUIREMENTS

1. Sign in to your recently registered account.
2. Agree to the Terms & Conditions.
3. Click “Documents”.
4. Upload your Driver's License.
5. Input your vehicle's license plate number and upload a photo of the license plate.
6. Upload your Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration (OR/CR) from LTO.
7. Submit and upload your Police Clearance or NBI Clearance.
8. If you are not the vehicle owner, kindly upload an authorization letter from the owner containing vehicle details and three signatures.
9. Upload the Government ID of the vehicle owner.
10. If the vehicle is pre-owned, please provide a notarized deed of sale from the previous owner and upload it.
11. If the vehicle has been repossessed, kindly upload a photo of the REPO certificate or any certificate from the dealer.
12. Our administration team will review your documents. Please await the approval.
