What is Asset Bidding?

Asset Bidding is a process where OMSMPC members can submit offers to purchase cooperative‑owned assets at fair and competitive prices.

When will the Asset Bidding take place?

The bidding will run from November 20, 2025 (Thursday) at 12:00 NN until November 23, 2025 (Sunday) at 8:00 PM.

Who can join the bidding?

Only active OMSMPC members are eligible to participate.

Can non‑members or inactive members join?

No. The bidding is exclusive to active members.

How do I register for the Online Bidding Page?

1. Go to the Online Bidding Page and click “Register.”
2. Provide your details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Reference (your OMSMPC Member ID).
3. Set your password and submit.
4. Check your email for the verification link.
5. Once verified, you may proceed to join the bidding.

How do I place a bid?

When the countdown ends, access the Auction page.

Browse available assets and select the item you want.

Enter your desired bid amount and submit.

You may bid on multiple items and place higher bids at any time while the auction is open.

The current highest bid will be displayed, and bidding history is viewable on each item page.

Can I bid on more than one item?

Yes, members may bid on multiple items.

How will I know if I won?

Winning bidders will be notified via SMS and email on November 24–25, 2025.

When do I need to pay if I win?

Payments must be settled between November 26–27, 2025.

What happens if I don’t pay on time?

Your bid will be forfeited, and the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.

Are there penalties for repeated non‑payment?

Yes. Three (3) instances of non‑payment will result in disqualification from other won items and sanctions.

When and where can I claim my item?

Items can be claimed at the One Park Drive Office from December 11–14, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM only.
