How to Sign Up for the DigiCOOP Mobile App

What You Need Before You Start

Smartphone: An active mobile phone running a recent version of Huawei, Android, or iOS.

Internet Connection: Stable Wi-Fi or Mobile Data connection.

Valid ID: Your government-issued ID (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, UMID) for the necessary eKYC (electronic Know-Your-Customer) verification.

Membership Details: Your official Cooperative Membership Information.

1. Download the DigiCOOP Mobile App

Go to your device’s app store:

Android: Google Play Store

iOS: App Store

Huawei: Huawei App Gallery

Search for “DigiCOOP Mobile”, then download and install the app.

2. Start Registration

Register via Onboarding Code

1. 1. Check your SMS for an Onboarding Code and download instructions.
   2. Open the DigiCOOP Mobile App and tap “Use Onboarding Code”.
   3. Enter your registered mobile number and the Onboarding Code received via SMS. Tap “Proceed”.
   4. Copy the One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent via SMS (valid for 5 minutes), then tap “Enter”.
   5. Set your 6-digit Mobile PIN and confirm.
   6. Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters, with letters, numbers, and symbols, e.g., Password123!) and confirm. Tap “Proceed”.
   7. Fill in your Personal Information, then tap “Proceed”.
   8. Enter your active email address.
   9. Provide your complete location address.
   10. Review all details. If correct, tap “Proceed”, then tap “Proceed to Login”.
   11. You may now log in to your DigiCOOP account.

Individual Sign-Up

1. 1. Open the DigiCOOP Mobile App and tap “Sign Up”.
      Note: Signing up directly means you are not yet affiliated with any DigiCOOP partner cooperative. You’ll be tagged as a Non-Member Individual User.
   2. Enter your active mobile number.
   3. Tap “Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions”, read and understand them, then return and check the box to agree.
   4. Tap “Proceed” to receive your Authentication Code via SMS.
   5. Copy the One-Time Passcode (OTP) (valid for 5 minutes), enter it, and tap “Submit”.
   6. Set your 6-digit Mobile PIN and confirm.
   7. Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters, with letters, numbers, and symbols, e.g., Password123!) and confirm. Tap “Proceed”.
   8. Fill in your Personal Information, then tap “Proceed”.
   9. Enter your active email address and tap “Proceed”.
   10. Provide your complete location address.
   11. Review all details. If correct, tap “Proceed”, then tap “Proceed to Login”.
   12. You may now log in to your DigiCOOP account.
