Membership Withdrawal
If you decide to stop selling on Lazada, have finished your business permits, or want to continue as a corporate account, there's no need to cancel your OMSMPC membership. Your membership remains active regardless of the status of your shop on Lazada. Even if you temporarily pause selling online, you can still enjoy the benefits of your membership, such as loans, networking opportunities, dividends, and project involvement.
Moreover, if you switch to being a corporate seller on Lazada, you can remain a coop member and avail yourself of all the same perks. The 1% Coop Admin Fee will no longer be applicable after being transferred to corporate.
If, upon reviewing the options provided, you decide to proceed with withdrawing your membership, please prepare the following documents and send them by creating a ticket at support.omsmpc.com:
- Notarized copy of the Letter of Intent, outlining the reasons for your decision to withdraw membership from OMSMPC.
- Copy of your valid ID and three (3) signature samples next to the corresponding ID for verification purposes.
Please note that the Membership Withdrawal request is subject to approval by our Board of Directors, who convene once a month to ratify all requests. Therefore, approval may take up to 6 weeks.
Furthermore, upon withdrawal, you will no longer have access to our Ka-Seller communities, loan services, relevant training, seller events, annual dividends (Interest on Share Capital and Patronage Refund), Coop Seller Kit, and other associated benefits.
