- To get started, log in or create an account at https://cooptradecenter.omsmpc.com/. Please keep in mind that only members of OMSMPC can use the platform to make purchases. After logging in, head to the dashboard, where you can explore the wholesale marketplace. From there, you’ll be able to browse through a variety of products, check out their exclusive pricing, and place orders directly on the platform. This streamlined process makes it easy for you to shop and manage your purchases all in one place.
- What is a MOQ?
- An MOQ, or Minimum Order Quantity, is the minimum number of units a supplier requires you to purchase in a single order. This practice is standard in wholesale and manufacturing to ensure that the order size is sufficient to justify production and shipping expenses. By setting an MOQ, suppliers can maintain profitability and operational efficiency, while also allowing buyers to obtain products at competitive prices.
- What if MOQ hasn’t met?
- Your order will be processed once the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is reached. If the MOQ hasn't been met yet, we'll hold your order temporarily and wait for additional customers to purchase the same product. This approach ensures that the MOQ is fulfilled before processing, which helps keep prices competitive by optimizing production and shipping costs. Once the required quantity is met, your order will be finalized and moved forward for fulfillment. If the orders are not met by the MOQ after the ordering lead time the orders will possibly be canceled.
- How long does the shipping process take?
- For local products, the expected order lead time is 7 days. This means that once your order is placed, you can expect it to be processed and shipped within a week. For international products, the lead time extends to 2 weeks. This longer period accounts for the additional time required for international shipping and customs processing.
- What payment methods does CTC accept?
- During the payment process, choose “Over the Counter” and then click the “Pay Now” button. Your email address will be used to transmit the payment link for the 50% payment and the remaining balance using the FIUU payment channel. Please note that we require a 50% advance payment when placing your order, with the remaining balance due before the distribution of your products.

- Please be aware that you are responsible for arranging a courier service to pick up and deliver your order. Additionally, we offer free shipping on your first purchase. This promotion is designed to help you get started with our platform and enjoy the benefits of cost-free delivery on your first transaction.
