OMSMPC Members’ Evaluation System for RMEV Determination

Eligibility:

• Attend the previous General Assembly.
• Fully pay Share Capital subscription.
• Not delinquent in other accounts and obligations to the cooperative.

Point System (January 1 to December 31):

• Share Capital: Up to 25 points based on the amount paid.
• Participation in Programs and Events: Up to 25 points based on attendance.
• Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) Requirement: Up to 25 points based on sales on the Lazada platform.
• Applied and Approved Loan Products: Up to 25 points.

Share Capital Points System

• Paid Required Subscription: 25 points for ₱5,000.00
• 50% and above, but not more than ₱5,000: 20 points for ₱2,500 and above
• Below 50% of the required subscription: 15 points for ₱2,499 and below

Note: If a member does not subscribe, share capital will have zero points.

Participation in Programs and Events Points System

• Attended three (3) or more programs/events: 25 points (KWE, CWS, and other OMSMPC Trainings & Events)
• Attended two (2) of any programs and events: 20 points (KWE, CWS, and other OMSMPC Trainings & Events)
• Attended one (1) of any programs and events: 15 points (KWE, CWS, and other OMSMPC Trainings & Events)

Note: If a member does not attend any of the programs and events, they will get zero points

Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) Requirement Points System

• Corporate Sellers: ₱3,000,000 (three million pesos) - 25 points on the Lazada Platform
• Individual Sellers: ₱300,000 and above (three hundred thousand pesos) - 25 points on the Lazada Platform
• Corporate Sellers: ₱1,500,000 (one million and five hundred thousand pesos) - 20 points on the Lazada Platform
• Individual Sellers: ₱200,000 and above (two hundred thousand pesos) - 20 points on the Lazada Platform
• Corporate Sellers: ₱1,000,000 (one million pesos) -15 points on the Lazada Platform
• Individual Sellers: ₱100,000 and above (one hundred thousand pesos) -15 points on the Lazada Platform
• Service Fee of ₱3,000 for members with less than ₱100,000 GMV or those who only have other online platforms not partnered with OMSMPC - 15 points
  
  • Those who opt to pay the ₱3,000 fixed annual service fee must submit a ticket to OMSMPC Support. Here's how:
    • Create a ticket on support.omsmpc.com and get the unique reference code.
    • Select “RMEV” and the “Payment Reference Code” subcategory in the ticketing tool.
    • Once you have your payment reference code, access this link: Dragonpay Payment.
    • Fill out the payment form, enter the reference code under “Remarks”, and complete the payment.

Applied and Approved Loan Products Points System

• At least ₱50,000 amount of applied and approved loan products within the period of determination of GMV: 25 points (From January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024)
• At least ₱30,000 amount of applied and approved loan products within the period of determination of GMV: 20 points (From January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024)
• At least ₱10,000 amount of applied and approved loan products within the period of determination of GMV: 15 points (From January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024)

Note: If a member does not patronize the loan products, they will get zero points.

Sample Computation

Sample #1:

Share Capital:

• If the member’s share capital is ₱5,000 and above, the member will have 25 points.

Participation in Programs and Events:

• If the member attended 3 or more OMSMPC programs and events (either of the following: KWE, CWS, Coop Town Hall, Cooplympics, or HMO), they will have 25 points.

Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) Requirement:

• If the member is a corporate seller and reaches ₱3 million GMV by the cut-off date of December 31, 2024, the member will have 25 points.
• If the member is an individual seller and has reached ₱300,000 GMV by the cut-off date of December 31, 2024, the member will have 25 points.

Applied and Approved Loan Products:

• If the member has applied and been approved for a loan of at least ₱50,000 and above from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, they will have 25 points.

Computation: 25 + 25 + 25 + 25 = 100 Points

Eligible to become a Regular Member Entitled to Vote (RMEV).

Sample #2:

Share Capital:

• If the member’s share capital is between ₱2,500 and ₱4,999, the member will have 20 points.

Participation in Programs and Events:

• If the member attended 2 OMSMPC programs and events (either of the following: KWE, CWS, Coop Town Hall, Cooplympics, or HMO), they will earn 20 points.

Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) Requirement:

• If the member is a corporate seller and reaches ₱1.5 million GMV by the cut-off date of December 31, 2024, the member will have 20 points.
• If the member is an individual seller and reaches ₱200,000 GMV by the cut-off date of December 31, 2024, the member will have 20 points.

Applied and Approved Loan Products:

• If the member has applied and been approved for a loan of at least ₱30,000 - ₱49,999 from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, they will have 20 points.

Computation: 20 + 20 + 20 + 20 = 80 Points

Eligible to become a Regular Member Entitled to Vote (RMEV).

Sample #3:

Share Capital:

• If the member’s share capital is ₱2,499 and below, the member will have 15 points.

Participation in Programs and Events:

• If the member attended 1 OMSMPC program or event (either of the following: KWE, CWS, Coop Town Hall, Cooplympics, or HMO), they will earn 15 points.

Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) Requirement:

• If the member is a corporate seller and reaches ₱1 million GMV by the cut-off date of December 31, 2024, the member will have 15 points.
• If the member is an individual seller and reaches ₱100,000 GMV by the cut-off date of December 31, 2024, the member will have 15 points.

Applied and Approved Loan Products:

• If the member has applied and been approved for a loan of at least ₱10,000 from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, they will have 15 points.

Computation: 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 = 60 Points

Not Eligible to become a Regular Member Entitled to Vote (RMEV).

Sample #4:

Share Capital:

• If the member’s share capital is ₱5,000 and above, the member will have 25 points.

Participation in Programs and Events:

• If the member attended 2 OMSMPC programs and events (either of the following: KWE, CWS, Coop Town Hall, Cooplympics, or HMO), they will earn 20 points.

Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) Requirement:

• If the member has no Lazada GMV/store or has less than ₱100,000 GMV by the cut-off date of December 31, 2024, and paid the ₱3,000 annual service fee, the member will earn 15 points.

Applied and Approved Loan Products:

• If the member has applied and been approved for a loan of at least ₱30,000–₱49,999 from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, they will have 20 points.

Computation: 25 + 20 + 15 + 20 = 80 Points

Eligible to become a Regular Member Entitled to Vote (RMEV).
