CTC - Order Cancellation

  1. Pwede ba akong mag-cancel ng order?
    Oo, basta’t nasa tamang status pa yung order mo:

    - Pwede ka mag-request ng cancelation kung hindi pa shipped o delivered.
    - CTC o supplier mismo ang pwedeng mag-cancel kung out-of-stock, may delivery issues, o ibang valid na rason.

  2. Ano yung rules base sa status ng order?

    Status ng Order Pwede i-cancel? Paliwanag
    Pending Payment Oo Auto-cancel after 24 hours pag walang bayad
    Confirmed Payment Oo Dapat mag-request within 1 hour ng payment confirmation
    Processing Order Subject to approval Depende sa supplier kung na-process na o hindi pa
    Packed Subject to approval Depende pa rin sa supplier kung pwede pang ma-cancel
    Shipped/Out for Delivery Hindi Di na pwede i-cancel pag na-ship na
    Delivered Hindi Order completed na—tapos na ang transaction


  3. Kailan hindi pwede mag-cancel ng order?
    - Late na ang request base sa status ng order.
    - Yung item ay customized, made-to-order, o madaling masira (perishable)
    - Promo item, clearance sale, o final sale (maliban na lang kung defective)

  4. Pwedeng ma-cancel ng CTC ang order automatically?
    Oo. Automatic cancellation kapag:
    - Walang bayad within 24 hours (bank transfer/manual method)
    - Out of stock ang product after confirmation
    - May signs ng fraud o duplicate order
    - Incomplete ang delivery info at di na ma-contact si buyer
    Makakatanggap ka ng notification via email o SMS kung ito ay mangyari.

  5. Paano mag-submit ng cancellation request?
    Gamitin ang official CTC Help Desk: support.omsmpc.com 
    - Click “Submit a Ticket”
    - Piliin ang “Coop Trade Center” category
    - Piliin ang sub-category: Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, o Dispute
    - Ihanda ang info:
              - Order Number
              - Buong pangalan, email, at contact number

  6. Gaano katagal ang refund?
    Kapag approved na, ibigay ang iyong bank or e-wallet details.

    Online Banking Within 7 business days
    E-Wallet Within 3–5 business days


  7. Nagbabago ba ang policy na ito?
    Oo. CTC updates this policy kung may pagbabago sa operations or supplier rules. Ipo-post ito sa website at iaanunsyo sa OMSMPC members.
