Membership Application Process
Our rigorous security and compliance standards are at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to protecting both you and your customers—ensuring that every member joins through a transparent, secure, and empowering process.
STEP 1: Attend the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)
Before becoming a member, all applicants must attend a Pre-Membership Education Seminar. This session introduces our cooperative’s mission, values, benefits, and responsibilities. It’s designed to help you make an informed decision and understand your role as a member.

- What to expect: A short but insightful orientation, either online or in-person, depending on availability.
STEP 2: Complete the Membership Application Form
After attending PMES, you’ll be guided to fill out the Membership Application Form. This form captures your personal details, contact information, and other necessary data to process your membership.
- Tip: Double-check your entries, especially your email address and preferred contact number, to avoid delays.
STEP 3: Pay the Initial Share Capital
To activate your membership, a one-time payment of ₱1,400 is required. This amount represents your Initial Share Capital, which gives you ownership and voting rights within the cooperative.
- Payment channels: You may pay via Dragonpay.
- Confirmation: Keep your proof of payment handy in case verification is needed.
STEP 4: Receive Your Membership Certificate and Member ID
Once your application and payment are verified, you’ll receive your Membership Certificate and Member ID via email. These documents confirm your official status as a member and grant you access to member-exclusive programs.
- Processing time: Processing may take up to 30 days, depending on Board availability and the completeness of your requirements.
