CTC - Return Request

  1. Kailan pwede mag-return ng item?
    Pwede mag-file ng return request kung:
    - May damage, defect, o factory issue ang item
    - Maling item ang na-deliver (wrong model, kulay, o variant)
    - Di tugma sa description na nakapost
    - Expired ang item
    - May missing parts base sa product description
    Note: Hindi pa ina-accept ang returns dahil sa “change of mind.” Check ang Return Policy para sa full guidelines.

  2. Gaano katagal bago mag-file ng return?
    - I-submit ang request within 3 calendar days matapos matanggap ang item
    - Dapat hindi pa nagamit at nasa original packaging pa
    - Kailangan may proof tulad ng unboxing video at mga malinaw na larawan

  3. Anong mga item ang hindi pwedeng i-return?
    Maliban na lang kung proven na mali ang delivery, damaged, o mishandled:
    - Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    - Customized / Made-to-order items
    - Hygiene-sensitive products (cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
    - Vitamins and supplements
    - Items na may label na “Non-Returnable”

  4. Paano mag-submit ng return request?
    - Punta sa: support.omsmpc.com
    - I-click ang “Submit a Ticket”
    - Piliin ang “Coop Trade Center” category
    - Sa sub-category, piliin ang: Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, o Dispute
    - Ibigay ang:
              - Order number
              - Buong pangalan, email, at contact number
              - Dahilan kung bakit nire-return
              - Mga photo o video na proof

  5. Gaano katagal ang process ng return?
    Action Timeline
    Request Acknowledgement Within 3 business days
    Review & Partner Coordination Within 3–5 business days
    Pick-up / Drop-off / Shipping Within 7 days after approval
    Replacement Dispatch Within 5–10 days post-verification
    Timeline may vary depende sa item, supplier, at location ni buyer.

  6. Paano ibabalik ang item?
    - Pick-up Service – Subject to service area availability
    - Drop-off Option – Sa authorized CTC partner hub
    - Self-Arrange Return – Buyer ang mag-shoulder ng shipping cost

  7. Ano ang resolution options ko?
    Condition Resolution Option
    Damaged / Defective Replacement o Refund
    Wrong Item Delivered Replacement o Refund
    Not Matching Description Replacement o Refund
    Expired Product Replacement o Refund
    Missing Parts Replacement o Refund
    Kung refund ang napili, susunod ito sa timelines ng Refund Policy.

  8. Anong condition dapat ang item na i-return?
    Requirement Description
    Original Packaging Nasa original box at kompleto ang labels
    Unused Condition Hindi ginamit, hinugasan, or binago
    Accessories & Freebies Kasama lahat ng original inclusions
    Tags Intact ang product tags (kung applicable)
  9. Nagbabago ba ang policy na ito?
    Oo. Ina-update ito ayon sa bagong supplier setup o cooperative regulations. All updates ipo-post sa official website at iaanunsyo sa active OMSMPC members.
